Auto Spares Kenya provides reliable delivery and convenient pickup options to serve customers within Nairobi and across the country. The details below outline how our delivery and pickup services operate.
Delivery is available to Nairobi and all major towns across Kenya. The buyer is fully responsible for all transportation and courier costs, regardless of location or order value.
Outside Nairobi and its Environs:
All orders must be fully paid for before dispatch,
including the cost of transportation. Items will only be shipped after
payment has been confirmed.
Within Nairobi:
Orders are payable on delivery, but the buyer must first
pay the agreed transportation cost before delivery is completed.
Once your order has been accepted, our team will contact you to confirm delivery arrangements, including estimated delivery date and time. All delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Customers are advised to inspect all items upon delivery and confirm that they match the invoice or delivery note before accepting the goods.
Any request to change delivery time, date, or location must be communicated to us at least 24 hours in advance during normal business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Changes are subject to confirmation and may attract additional costs.
In cases where delivery cannot be completed due to security concerns, inaccessible locations, or other unforeseen circumstances, Auto Spares Kenya reserves the right to request that the customer collects the items from a designated pickup location instead.
Customers may choose to collect their purchased items from a designated pickup point after receiving confirmation that the order is ready. Pickup must be completed within 15 days from the confirmed collection date.
For pickup, the customer or their authorised representative may be required to provide identification or order confirmation details to verify ownership of the order. Auto Spares Kenya reserves the right to refuse release of items if proper verification is not provided.
Once an order has been confirmed, changes to the selected delivery method, pickup location, or product details are not permitted except where expressly agreed upon by Auto Spares Kenya.
Auto Spares Kenya shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages resulting from courier services, late delivery, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
