Payment Terms:
• Orders shipped outside Nairobi and its environs require full payment
before dispatch, including transportation costs.
• Orders within Nairobi and its environs are payable on delivery, only after
the buyer has paid the transportation cost.
The buyer is fully responsible for all transportation costs. Delivery timelines depend on product availability and location. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon dispatch or collection.
Product descriptions and images are provided for reference purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations may occur. All products are subject to availability, and Auto Spares Kenya reserves the right to cancel orders if an item becomes unavailable.
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery or pickup. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer and original delivery charges are non-refundable.
